AlarmPulse

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 1, 2026

AlarmPulse is an alarms and scheduled-tasks app operated at https://alarm.ecommi.com. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Account information

When you create an account we store your name, username, email address, telephone number, and a hashed password. We use a sign-in cookie so you can stay signed in on this device (about one year, or until you sign out).

Alarms, tasks, and files

We store the alarms and tasks you create, including dates, times, labels, notes, status, assignees, share lists, document links, uploaded files (up to 8 MB), and optional result photos or completion notes. We use this data only to run the app: show your alarms, notify teammates, and send task emails.

Notifications and camera

On iPhone, AlarmPulse may ask to send lock-screen alerts and to use the camera or photo library so you can attach a photo to a completed task. You can refuse those permissions in iOS Settings. The app does not use this data for advertising.

Emails

When you assign or share a task, AlarmPulse may email the people you named with the task details and any attached file (or a download link). We do not sell email lists.

What we do not do

We do not show ads in the app. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use tracking for advertising. We do not collect precise location.

Where data is stored

Account and task data are stored on the AlarmPulse server that hosts alarm.ecommi.com. The iPhone app is a native shell that loads that same site.

Your choices

You can sign out at any time. To correct or delete your account or stored files, email fpilot@renocon.ca. We will handle requests as soon as we reasonably can.

Children

AlarmPulse is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
