On iPhone this opens Files. Pick a file on this phone, iCloud, or Google Drive (install the Google Drive app first so it shows under Browse).

Save stores the alarm and the file. Anyone in Share with or Assign to gets a task email every time you save — the full details plus the file (or a download link if the file is large). New people also get a create-account link.
